Too Easy Top - Green Japanese Silk - One Size
The 'Too Easy' Top is an oversized easy to wear, very comfortable style... And oh that beautiful colour!! Definitely a one-off original.
Easily layered for different seasons and occassions, it has a lovely drape. Can be worn loose, or knotted at front...up to you!
Made from several different vintage Japanese kimono fabrics and handdyed silk. It has a very luxurious feel. Top has cuffs and self-made neck binding.
I bought the kimonos in Japan and slowly and gently unpicked them. Due to the handdying process this silk has a mottled appearance (uneven colour)
A one size fits most top, the garment measures 196cm at bust/hip and 74cm from CB neck to hem.
All fabrics are from my extensive textile collection, collected from near and far, past and present.
Fabrics are prewashed to avoid shinkage in further washing.
Please note my mannequin Esmeralda is a small sized lady, so this top is quite big on her.
