One fabric led to another.
One market became a business.
One curious idea became thousands.
Over time I realised I wasn't simply sewing clothes.
I was stitching together stories.

Sustainability is my north star. I love rescuing forgotten textiles and giving them a beautiful new chapter. Vintage linens, Japanese kimono silks, African wax prints, handwoven fabrics and treasured finds all find their way into my work, each bringing its own story and soul.
Inspired by travel, nature and the everyday magic of colour, pattern and texture, I create slowly and intuitively. Sometimes a single piece of fabric is all it takes for an idea to bloom.
More than clothing, art or homewares, I hope my work is an invitation to live a little more creatively, embrace what makes you unique, and find beauty in the beautifully imperfect.

Every garment, artwork and handmade piece carries its own history, heartbeat and a little invitation to see the world more creatively.
You may have noticed some of my clothing images are created with AI — I wanted to share why and how I’m using it, since it can be a divisive topic.
Running a small creative business on my own means I don’t have the time or budget for full fashion shoots with photographers, models, makeup artists, location travel, and all the extras (as much as I’d love to!). To show each garment on a person and suggest styling ideas, I use an AI program to create one image per piece, imagining who might wear each design — age, body shape and size, hair colour and length, jewellery and accessories, and the kinds of places a garment might be seen.
Because I handcraft every item, I know each piece intimately. I make sure the AI images accurately reflect sizing, proportions and the character of the garment. AI isn’t perfect and sometimes makes mistakes; when that happens I correct or replace the image. I also always include photographs of the actual garments modelled on my vintage mannequin, Esmerelda, so you can see the real fabric and details.
